How long will it take to receive my order?

First, it takes 2-3 business days for our team to process your order. Once it ships, you'll receive a tracking link. From that point, you can expect your package to arrive in about 7-20 days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but you must act quickly! Please contact us at hello@forevermypup.com within 3 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation. We process orders fast, so we cannot guarantee changes after this window, but we will always do our best to help.

What is your return policy for non-custom items?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on non-customized products. If you're not satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days of purchase. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

Can I return a customized product?

All customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for a return or exchange. We only offer replacements if the item has a defect, damage, or printing quality issue.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact our support team at hello@forevermypup.com within 20 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you right away.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the address correctly. If you notice an error, email us immediately at hello@forevermypup.com. We cannot guarantee we can make the change in time. If the package is returned to us, we can re-ship it to the correct address (additional shipping costs may apply).
